EDI is excited to announce the ground breaking of Lexington Landing Senior Living Community. The project will be located at 900 Lexington Parkway South, in the Highland Park district of St. Paul. The 227,500 square foot community will cost $43.5 million and consist of 98 independent living, 36 assisted living and 21 memory care apartment homes. The building is expected to open summer 2020.
Lexington Landing is owned by Minneapolis based J. A. Wedum Foundation. J. A. Wedum Foundation promotes quality housing for seniors and currently has communities located in Minnesota and Texas. Presbyterian Homes and Services has the management contract for the community. EDI is the development consultant for the project.
